Currency to be sold only by passports since October
Alyaksandr Lukashenka has ordered this to the National Bank.
According to him, electronic system of control over currency purchases will be introduced no later than this October, BELTA reports.
Currency will be sold only by passport, and passport information of every customer will be included into the electronic system. According to Lukashenka, "after everyone grabs as much currency as they want, the rate will stabilize to equal". The Belarusian leader is convinced that it won't take long.
