Depeche Mode in Minsk more expensive than in Prague, Warsaw and Düsseldorf
The tickets to the British band's gig suddenly grew till Br 1,5 million.
The first batch of tickets in the fan zone was sold out in just two days. After that, the prices for tickets increased. The concert organizers say that this is a routine practice.
This made a great fuss in the social networks: the Depeche Mode fans accused the organizers that they had not warned about such "policy" before.
"They can take offence, or boycott the concert – we’ll survive it! We are doing business, not charity, - comments Alyaksandr Manyshau, one of the organizers.
The tickets for the Depeche Mode in the capitals of the European countries are about twice lower. Thus, the fan zone in Warsaw is $ 76, in Prague - $77, in Sofia - $86. Only Moscow ($ 191) and Kyiv ($195) surpass Minsk prices.
The Depeche Mode will perform in Minsk on July 29.
