Kirkevich and Pratasenia accused
They will start studying their cases' materials soon, together with their lawyers.
The "Young Front" activist Ales Kirkevich and a 27-year-old programmer Andrej Pratasenia have been officially accused on April 2, Charter-97 informs.
The preliminary investigation department of the city administration of Internal Affairs of Minsk city executive committee accuses the participants of the December 19 events in accordance with Part 2 Article 293 of the Criminal Code (mass distrubances), the press-center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs informs.
The "Young Front" Vice-Chairman Ales Kirkevich served 10 days of administrative detention for participation in the solidarity action and then was detained on January 28 as a suspect in the criminal case on the so-called "mass disturbances". Andrej Pratasenia was detained on February 9. Both have been in custody since then.
