Ministry of Information cancels lawsuit against Nasha Niva
However, it does not mean that the previous warnings will be cancelled. The judge may take any decision.
The independent newspaper Nasha Niva is standing trial in the Supreme Economic Court today. The demand of the Ministry of Information to liquidate the edition is being considered. Unexpectedly, the lawsuit has been cancelled. The judge has left for the retiring room to make a decision.
It looks like the present did not expect the Ministry of Information to make such a decision.
The judge has claimed that the case will not be considered.
However, it does not mean that the previous warnings pronounced to Nasha Niva will be cancelled. The Ministry of Information may file another suit and demand liquidation at any moment.
