Minsk negotiates with Beijing to sell "Belaruskaliy"?
There are no such negotiations with the Russian capital.
The Russian news agency Prime-Tass has informed about the negotations between Belarus and China. According to the agency's information, Russia is not interested in "Belaruskaliy". And even China shows little interest in buying a part of the Belarusian enterprise's shares.
China is worried that Belarus may overestimate the enterprise. Previously, Belarusian authorities asked for 30 billion dollars for 100% of "Belaruskaliy's" shares.
