Moscow digger fired after detention in Minsk
Russian citizen Sasha has explained that he “simply went sightseeing” with friends in the Belarusian capital
despite the fact that they had headlights and mountaineering carabiners on them.
The detention of 13 Russian citizens in Minsk on January 2 was rather notorious. The Belarusian police called them diggers who wanted to visit the capital’s underground systems. The young people refuted it and claimed that they had come to Minsk to spend vacations. All of them were deported from Belarus after the administrative arrest in Akrestsina. They are forbidden to visit Belarus within the next five years.
