Russia loses to Greece 0:1 and leaves Euro-2012
Czech Republic and Greece made it to play-offs from Group А.
The Russians missed a ball in their goal
at the last minute of the first half. They failed to equalize in the second
half.
In the other Group
A game the Czech Republic defeated Poland 1:0 and got 6 points. Thus, the
Czechs made it to play-offs from the first place in the group.
Russia and Greece
got 4 points each, but the Greek footballers secured the second place in Group
A due to their victory in the personal meeting. As for the
Russians, they are leaving the tournament.
