Sannikau’s previous convictions to be preserved for 8 years

Sannikau visited Pershamaiski District Criminal Executive Inspectorate on Tuesday morning. He was summoned there yesterday.

Andrei Sannikau has supported the boycott of the parliamentary election. He claimed at the press conference that it was impossible to take part in the parliamentary election so the boycott “was a logical step”.

Speaking about the plea for mercy, Sannikau noted that he had written it “to stop provocations” and that he had “good reasons” to do so (he refused to mention them). He asked Lukashenka to be humane. But he pled not guilty.

By the way, it turned out that he had pled for mercy twice – in November and December.

Let us remind you that Andrei Sannikau was released from “Vitsba-3” on April 14. The state leader decided to pardon him.

Sannikau’s colleague, ex-political prisoner Zmitser Bandarenka claimed at the press conference that he had told KGB that he would better commit suicide rather than be recruited.
