Trials against 15 drivers, detained in Bruzgi, postponed
No judges were working in Hrodna district court today.
According to the web-site "Viasna", all the judges were at away trials on June 13.
According to preliminary information, riot police detained 14 people yesterday in Bruzgi. BelaPAN informs, that one policeman and one participant of the demonstration got to hospital with chemical burns of their eyes. Let us remind you, policemen used tear gas to disperse the action.
Drivers protested against the new customs rules, which prohibit export of goods and products. Head of Hrodna executive committee Siamion Shapira arrived to the border, blocked by automobiles. However, negotiations with the protesters who demanded to cancel the President's decree on limitations, ended in brutal dispersal of the action and detentions of drivers.
