Voters' turnout makes nearly 40%
By 1200 Belarus time, 39,2% of voters have cast their ballots.
According to the information provided by the CEC to BelaPAN, 34,7% have voted in Brest region, 45,3% - in Vitsebsk region, 46,8% - in Homel region, 36,8% - in Hrodna region, 38% - in Minsk region, 41,8% - in Mahileu region, and 32,3% - in Minsk.
25,9% voters took part in the early voting, which took place on September 18-22.
