Saakashvili wanted by Georgian Public Prosecutor's Office
Georgian ex-President will be detained as soon as he crosses the country’s border.
The order has already been sent to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The court announced Saakashvili wanted in connection with the charges brought against him earlier, the Public Prosecutor's Office noted. Saakashvili will be detained as soon as he crosses the Georgian border, Interfax reports.
The ex-President is accused of three crimes connected with power abuse. Mikheil Saakashvili has been living abroad for six months.
