Supreme Court dismisses Tsyareshchanka’s complaint
The Supreme Court has dismissed Victar Tsyareshchanka’s complaint about the refusal of the Central Election Commission to register him as a presidential candidate. Tsyareshchanka did not appear in court, court spokesperson Yuliya Lyaskova told BelaPAN.
Many signatures collected in Tsyareshchanka’s support were not verified by the initiative group members. A number of subscription lists were not signed by voters or were signed using the names of deceased people. Some of the lists were printed.
Tsyareshchanka claimed in court that his initiative group members had crossed him up, Euroradio reported earlier.
