Victor Yanukovich Jr. refutes talking to Lukashenka
The son of Ukraine's ex-president wrote at his Facebook account he did not call Belarusian president Lukashenka .
"To cut it short: I am a modest man, I do not have any delusion of grandeur, I am not interested in state intrigues aimed at destroying Ukraine and I do not think that I have the right to conduct negotiations with state leaders,” BelaPAN quotes him as writing.
Lukashenka was probably tricked by the famous phone hooligan – pranker Vovan, Yanukovich Jr. reckons. The pranker himself did not refute it in his interview with Euroradio.
The audio of the conversation between the men with the voices resembling Victor Yanukovich Jr. and Alyaksandr Lukashenka appeared on the Internet yesterday. The two were heard discussing political asylum for Victor Yanukovich Sr. in Belarus.
Lukashenka’s press service has refused to comment on the phone conversation.
