What EU ministers tweeted about meeting with Makei
Belarusian Foreign Minister Uladzimir Makei on December 13-14 was in Brussels to meet with the foreign ministers from EU member states.
The head of Belarusian diplomacy also had talks with EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini, EU Enlargement Commissioner Johannes Hahn, and NATO Deputy Secretary General Alexander Vershbow.
According to official statements, the Belarusian delegation talked with the Western diplomats in Brussels about the "conditions and development prospects" for our country's relations with European Union and NATO. The Belarusian MFA even published on its official Twitter account the picture of Uladzimir Makei posing together with Alexander Vershbow with the huge NATO logo in the background.
The Western diplomats also tweeted about their meeting with Makei. Slovak MFA's Political Director Lubomir Rehak even wrote in Belarusian adding a photo of Uladizmir Makei meeting with his Sloval counterpart Miroslav Lajcak:

Lajcak himself also commented on his meet with Makei. he wrote about the dialogue in a constructive way:

Austrian Foreign Minister Sebastian Kurz (he is the youngest foreign minister in the world at the age of only 29) tweeted about the role of Belarus in settling the conflict in Ukraine and expressed hope about the development of relations with Minsk. He only made a small mistake when spelling the last name of Uladzimir Makei:

Lithuania's Foreign Minister Linad Linkevicius also mentioned the constructive and welcoming mood of the talks with Makei:
