Winners of "Basowiszcza-2011" record a single for their own money
The Yellow Power never saw the 1 thousand dollars which they were supposed to get as a prize.
Controversial winners of "Basowiszcza-2011" - Yellow Power band – are alive and feel well, oddly enough! Their debut single which the musicians will present today at Euroradio confirms this.
"We did not quit music, — the band's leader Dzyanis Putsikau explains 1,5 years of silence. — We rehearsed, wrote new songs, and elaborated the old ones. Someone continued education, like me - I decided to learn to sing better."
The result of this is the single called "Face to Face". The band brought nothing apart from a certificate from the "Basowiszcza-2011" fest. They claim that they received no 1 thousand dollars, promised by the organizers.
