20:08 Fines for smoking in lobbies
The decision has been taken by the administration of Zavadski District of Minsk.
The reason for it was bad influence of cigarette smoke on peoples’ health and the necessity to keep fire safety.
If anyone is caught smoking in the lobby they will be fined for 31 thousand BRB. According to the law, the protocol about smoking can be drawn up not only by policemen, but also by employees of the housing and communal services, reports “Komsomolskaya Pravda v Belarusi”.
