60,000 crimes reported in Belarus
60,000 crimes have been registered in Belarus over the past five months in 2008, with thefts accounting for a half of them, the Office of the Prosecutor General today said during the meeting of all law-enforcement agencies. At least 6000 criminal cases were opened this year in connection with the theft of mobile phones, reports STV.
