9 people detained in Kiev
Kiev police are investigating 11 criminal cases started after Dec. 1 events in the Ukrainian capital.
All the cases are connected with the seizure of administrative buildings and other incidents, interfax.by reports. Nine people were detained in connection with the investigation.
Five cases were started in connection with the events in Kiev City Hall, four – after incidents near the President’s Administration and two – after the events near the House of Trade Unions.
Over 90 policemen are in hospital with serious and moderate injuries now, Kiev police report.
