Alena Kupchyna discusses Belarus-EU relations in Brussels

Belarusian deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs Alena Kupchyna paid a two-day working visit to Brussels. She met with a number of high-ranking representatives of the European External Action Service and the European Commission. The prospects of the further development of the EU-Belarus relations were discussed there, the Belarusian MFA press service reports.

The Council of the EU will consider Belarus sanctions by February 29. They have been suspended since October 2015. There are only 4 security officials on the black list now. They are suspected of being connected with the disappearance of politicians in 1999-2000.
