MI-26 on the streets of Minsk
On the afternoon of June 20, the world's heaviest helicopter — the MI-26 — was transported through Minsk. Residents of Minsk captured numerous photos and videos of the military transport helicopter, which are now spreading on TikTok, Telegram, and other platforms.
Authorities have yet to clarify where it was being taken and why it was moved within city limits. Neither the Ministry of Defense nor any other agencies have provided any comments.

The MI-26 was developed in the USSR as a heavy multipurpose transport helicopter. Today it is in service in Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Peru, Mexico, and a number of other countries. This helicopter is capable of carrying up to 20 tons of cargo.
