All detained during action of silence released after making charges
Eight people were detained during the solidarity action which took place at the Kastrychnitskaya Square in Minsk last night. This has been informed by the representative of the human rights center "Viasna" Nasta Lojka. All the detained, among whom was a youngster on crutches, were delivered to the Central district administration of internal affairs, and then released, informs Radio Racyja. The human rights activist has provided the names of the detained: Karakin Uladzimir (citizen of Ukraine), Khaishun Dzmitry, Karamalikau Dzmitry, Abraztsou Andrej, Haifou Maxim, Nedasejka Siarhej, Viniarski Maxim, Likhacheuski Jaraslau.
According to Nasta Lojka, charges of detention were made against all of them, they were also fingerprinted. There was a citizen of Ukraine among the detained. The participants of the action expressed their solidarity with the detained in connection with the December 19 events, and also demonstrated their protest against Aliaksandr Lukashenka's inauguration.
