A.Lukashenka: I did not leave to avoid panic

The Belarusian President Alyaksandr Lukashenka has visited “Stalin’s line” today. He informed journalists that he had not left the site of explosion that took place in Minsk on July 4 because he did not want to spread panic.
"If I had done as I was advised to, if I had left the place, the organizers of this villainous action would have reached their goal, - explained the leader of the state. – They were going to spread panic".
