Alyaksandr Lukashenka leaves for Sochi Olympics
The Belarusian President’s visit to the Russian Federation has started today.
"Alyaksandr Lukashenka has been invited to the opening ceremony of the XXII Winter Olympic Games in Sochi by Vladimir Putin,” Interfax-West quotes the President’s ropes service.
“A number of international meetings” are included on the schedule of the visit too. The further development of the infrastructure of Belarusian objects in Sochi and Krasnaya Polyana will also be discussed.
The opening ceremony of the Olympic Games will be held on February 7.
