Anatol Kapski: This is my last season with BATE
BATE Borisov CEO is set to resign after BATE’s victory against Hungarian side Debrecen sends BATE to the Champions League group stage.
Anatol Kapski told Pressball:
"This is my last season with BATE, I knew about it earlier, even a month ago. But I could not leave the team in such a situation. I could not leave like a loser. Now I do not worry anymore. We have an excellent stadium; I would like to thank everyone who helped build it. We have provided an autumn in Europa League to fans. And I am very tired. I want to be an ordinary person, just a viewer.”
Anatol Kapski is 48 years old. He was born in Cherven District. Kapski became BATE limited liability company director-general in 2005. He has been heading the club since 1996.
