Belarus, U.S. agree on cybersecurity cooperation
Minister of Internal Affairs Ihar Shunevich and U.S. charge d’affairs Robert Riley on February discussed the prospects of cooperation in the field of cybersecurity. The minister noted that Belarus supported the idea of enhancing bilateral cooperation with the United States is all spheres of mutual interest, the MIA press service reports. In particular, the parties discussed the fight against terrorism and extremism, money laundering, illegal migration and corruption.
The Belarus and US officials also noted that the intensification of Belarus-USA cooperation in the field of cybersecurity and copyright protection requires special attention.
