Belarus establishes diplomatic relations with Suriname

Belarus has established diplomatic relations with Suriname, a South American nation of 450,000. An agreement to that effect has been signed at the Belarusian diplomatic mission at the United Nations.   Belarus has diplomatic relations with 164 countries, BelTA reported.
