Belarus ministry for emergencies shuts down 41 summer camps for children
The Ministry for Emergencies of Belarus has banned the operation of 41 children summer camps.
35 out of them are located in the Minsk region. 83 more camps are under threat of being closed down.
The majority of the camps was not in operation for several years, the ministry said. Many violations associated with fire safety and other issues were detected.
It is assumed that all of the violations are going to be sorted out before the summer recreation season starts, reports Interfax.
