Belarus, Russia sign anti-crisis plan
"A plan of actions to minimize the affects if the global financial crisis in the economies of the two countries" was signed on Friday by Belarus PM Siarhei Sidorski and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. The issue was high on agenda during the meeting of the two heads of government in Moscow.
"The plan envisages the issues which support our economies. I hope we will not allow them to drop below the level of 2008", the Russian news agency Itar Tass quoted Sidorski as saying.
