Belarus, Russia trade at $26bn in 2007
The commodity turnover between Belarus and Russia in 2007 reached a record-breaking amount of $26 billion, Russian Ambassador in Minsk, Alexander Surikov told reporters.
He said that the turnover grew partly due to higher prices for energy resources and partly due to the expansion of cooperation and business ties between the two countries, reports the official news agency Belta.
