Belarus set to abolish fixed driving school fees
The Belarus's Ministry of Transport and Communications has drafted a proposal seeking to abolish the fixed tariffs for studying in driving schools.
The ministry's press office elucidates that the draft envisages a return to the previous procedures when every driving school was allowed to charge different fees and have them registered with the local authorities, reports Belta.
The government thus wants to resolve the problem of huge lines at the driving schools, where potential drivers spend from three to nine months on the waiting lists in order to sign up.
