Belarus women are better educated than men
Women has preserved a better education level than men, reports the Belarus's Ministry of Statistics.
Among the working women, 54 percent have a higher and a special secondary education against 37 percent among men. As before, more women than men enroll with universities and colleges.
In secondary schools, there was a total of 1,135,000 children, including 49 percent of girls as of the beginning of the 2007/2008 school year, reports Belapan.
