Belarus volleyball players in Europe's Top 12
Belarus exits the European championships after Tuesday defeat by Turkey.
Belarus women’s volleyball team lost to Turkey in the 1/8 final at the European championship – 0:3 (16:25, 13:25, 17:25). Our girls tried to do their best but their rivals were much batter at the game.
Some Belarusian players are under 20 and many of them have never played at top tournaments before. Nevertheless, it was the best result shown by Belarus team in 15 years.
Men’s volleyball championship will be held in Denmark at the end of September. Belarusians will also take part in it. It has never happened to the men’s team before.
