Belarusian weightlifter deprived of Olympic-2012 bronze medal

Belarusian weightlifter Iryna Kulesha has been deprived of her bronze medal won at London Olympics in 2012, Pressball reports. The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has made the decision. Turinabol and Stanozolol have been found in the Belarusian’s tests.

Kulesha won a bronze medal (weight category – below 75 kg) at London Olympcis-2012. She will have to return her diploma and medal now.

The IOC also annulled Kulesha’s Olympic-2008 result earlier. She took the fourth place in Beijing. Turinabol was found in her tests.
