Child run over by car in Minsk (photo)
A boy was running along a zebra crossing in Shauchenka Boulevard when a car ran over him.
The tragedy occurred on the afternoon of March 26. The Volvo was moving at a high speed, witnesses said. The boy’s body was thrown 10 or 15 metres away from the zebra crossing. The car’s wheel and motor hood were damaged, onliner.by reports.
The driver stayed on the spot. The 9-year-old child died instantly, medics stated.
