CIS MIA representatives discuss cooperation with OSCE
The consultations were held between representatives of the MFA of the Commonwealth countries on cooperation with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) On November 12 in Minsk.
They were attended by representatives of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova (as observer), Russia and Tajikistan.
Participants expressed the need for more active cooperation between the delegations of the CIS member states in the OSCE.
They supported further development of cooperation of the two regional organizations, as well as the importance of the participation of designated representatives of the EAEC Commission in the activities of the OSCE. During the consultations, it was decided to continue discussions about the right of the representative of the Organization of Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) to speak at ministerial meetings of the OSCE, the press service of the CIS reports.
