CRRF agreement has to be ratified by Parliament
The agreement on Collective Rapid Reaction Forces signed by Alyaksandr Lukashenka has to be ratified by the Parliament. The CSTP press secretary Vital Struhavets has informed ERB about it. Vital Struhavets: “It is an intergovernmental agreement and it has to be ratified by the Parliament”.
Let us remind you that it has been announced that a package on CSTO troops signed by Alyaksandr Lukashenka has arrived in the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization today. These documents were signed by leaders of Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kirgizia, Russia and Tajikistan at the CSTO meeting in June. The Belarusian delegation did not attend the CSTO meeting due to “the milk war” between Belarus and Russia.
It is not clear when the Belarusian Parliament will discuss the ratification of the CRRF agreement.
