Euroradio's newsroom gets photos from listener Mikhas who spotted youngsters handing out Russian flags in a Minsk neighborhood.
The young men distributing the flags were deaf-and-dumb, he said.
"They did not say anything because they were deaf-and-dumb. They were just making signs. The flags were distributed near Avtovaz for free,” Mihas said.
