The dollar exchange rate is 9660 roubles, the euro is 13050. The Russian rouble has gone up from Br273 to 276.5.
The dollar went up by Br10 and totalled 9660, the euro increased by Br50 – to 13070 and the Russian rouble went down from Br274 to 273 on Tuesday, February 4.
