Ecomedservice case filed with district court in Minsk
Medical center's director and two more technical and medical staff face criminal charges of negligence after patient's post-surgery death.
The director general and chief engineer of the medical centre will be charged with negligence, interfax.by reports referring to the Prosecutor General's Office. The anaesthetist is accused of carelessness that led to a patient’s death. All of them are not allowed to leave the country at the moment.
25-year-old Hrodna inhabitant Yuliya Kubarava remained in coma after a rhinoplasty surgery at the medical centre Ecomedservice on March 27, 2013. The patient died in hospital No 4 four weeks later.
