Entrepreneurs to be allowed to work without certificates
But the taxes will be increased.
Belarusian officials have prepared the project of a presidential decree concerning the work of private entrepreneurs. They will be allowed to sell goods without certificates but their taxes will be increased in exchange for it, the Ministry of Taxation told Interfax-West.
According to tax inspectors, the tax index and the value added tax will be increased. The corresponding decree will be signed ‘very soon’, they said.
Many private entrepreneurs stopped working on March 1 because Alyaksandr Lukashenka’s order #222 forbade them to sell goods without the Customs Union’s certificates.
