Extraordinary session of the Council of the Republic held behind closed doors
It addresses possible criminal prosecution of a parliamentarian.
It should be recalled that on August 11 the President signed the decree 409 about the extraordinary session of the Council of the Republic. It wasn't reported who the members of the Council of the Republic in question were. The press office of the upper chamber didn't provide any comments in this regard. It is yet unknown if the results of the extraordinary session will be published, reports BelaPAN. Interestingly, the meeting is being attended by representatives of the Investigative Committee.
