Fire-fighters restrict access to opposition party's office in Hrodna
The representatives of the United Civic Party in Hrodna have received a letter from the Emergencies Ministry.
The document bans the presence of more than 15 people at a time in the office. On February 2 during a concert devoted to Kastus Kalinouski's birthday anniversary, the party's office accommodated up to 200 people. During the concert, the venue was visited by fire-fighters, police officers and ideologists.
According to Yury Istomin who run the local branch of the United Civic Party, the operation of the party branch is almost impossible due to the restriction of the fire fighters. Now it will be even impossible to hold a gathering of the party's city organization, reports ERB correspondent in Hrodna Syarhey Apanovich.
