Football fans start mass fight near National Library
A fight of football fans has resulted in mass detentions in Minsk. BelTA informs that fans started a fight before the match of “MTZ-RIPA” and “Dynama-Brest” in the park near the National Library. Many of them needed medical assistance. Ten ambulances delivered about 20 fans with avulsed wounds and blows to hospitals. About 50 participants of the fight have been detained.
According to the police, all the detained are from 16 to 26 years old. The police do not exclude that a criminal case for hooliganism may be started against the organizers of the fight.
