"Gazprom" pays $625 million and increases its share in “Beltarnsgaz” to 25%
"Gazprom" has increased its share in “Beltransgaz” ltd. from 12.5 to 25%. The press service of the Russian company informed ERB about it.
"Gazprom" paid for another 12.5% of shares of “Beltransgaz” on January 31. The sum of the payment totalled 625 million dollars.
Let us remind you that, according to the agreement on creation of a joint enterprise, “Gazprom” will be buying 12.5% of the company’s shares yearly during the next four years. The Russian company will get the right of possession and corporate administration only after 50% of shares of “Beltransgaz” are bought.
