This statement was made on June 18 by Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller, reports the Russian news agency Ria-Novosti. Gazprom insists that Belarus has accumulated a debt of almost $192 million for the Russian natural gas.

Miller said earlier that Gazprom would cut gas supplies to Belarus by 85 percent if the debt was not cleared by June 21.
