Generals and marshals want Vladimir Putin to become “Hero of Russia”
A group of generals and marshals are planning to give Vladimir Putin the rank of “A hero of Russia”.
Heroes and double heroes of the Soviet Union – generals Varennikov and Shamanov and marshals Efimov and Dolgih are members of the initiative group.
They list the achievements of the Russian President in domestic and foreign policy and note that “the highest authorities only kept humiliating the country form 1985 till 2000”, reports “Eho Moskvy”.
