German diplomat to head OSCE office in Minsk
The government of Belarus has agreed to extend the operation of the OSCE office in Minsk, German Ambassador to Belarus Gebhardt Weisse said in a statement. The OSCE office will be headed by a German diplomat, the ambassador said.
