Head of colony “Vitsba-3”: Minsk does not give any instructions in Kazulin’s case
The head of the colony “Vitsba-3” Vital Ahnistsikau says he has not received any instructions concerning the release of Alyaksandr Kazulin so that he could attend the funeral of his wife who died in Minsk yesterday.
Let us remind you that Ahnistsikau is waiting for an order of the Penal Department. However, the former Kazulin’s lawyer Ihar Rynkevich says the head of the colony can take this decision himself after having informed the Public Prosecutor responsible for “Vitsba-3” about it.
Vіtal Ahnіstsіkau confirmed that he had allowed Alyaksandr Kazulin to phone his daughters in the morning. However, he “has not heard” anything about Kazulin’s hunger strike. According to Volha Kazulina, her father said that he would go on a hunger strike until he is allowed to attend the funeral of his wife.
