Herasimenya: I'll play the part of myself and the main character's friend

Charming Belarusian swimmer Aliaksandra Herasimenia, who has become the world champion recently, decided to play in a movie! A 25-year-old sports girl will play in a TV-series "Higher than the Sky", based on Andrej Kurejchyk's script.
- It seems a very interesting project to me, – Aliaksandra shares her impressions. – A TV-series about the life of ordinary youth, about their feelings, relationships, I think this is something new and interesting in Belarus. The suggestion was a little bit unexpected, as I am focused on other things. However, I'll try, why not? I cannot just swim all the time”.
Euroradio: Have you ever attempted to express yourself as an actress?
Herasimenia: I only once participated in shootings of Krambambulia's video. This was my first acting experience, and I hope, it wasn't the last one.
Euroradio: Have you read the script already, do you know your part, and who will you play?
Herasimenia: They haven't shown me the script yet. Thus, I only know that I will play the part of myself and the main character's best friend.
Euroradio: Do you know the plot? Does it bother you that the TV-series is about the AIDS problem?
Herasimenia: No, why should it bother me? I know the plot. It is clear that some details are elaborated at the moment, even the director cannot say exactly what the TV-series will be like.
Euroradio: Will you tale some acting lessons before shootings?
Herasimenia: I will play myself. I would have taken some acting lessons but I don't have time for that. It would be interesting for me. I think it's important just to be yourself, and everything will be okay.
