Housing prices in Minsk up 6.6% in April
The prices for the secondary housing in Minsk went 6.6 percent up in April, reports Realt.by.
In April, an average price of apartments in the capital rose $114 up to $1825/sq.m. The offer volume has dropped from 2956 last months down to 2647 objects. One-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments have become more expensive at 3.5 and 5.6 percent correspondingly.
Flats in new housing projects are offered at the commercial price of $1250-2000 per sq. m., according to Realt.by. In cinstruction co-operatives, the price hovers around $1550 per sq.m.
